Where do the processed raw materials come from?
The natural products are selected according to food criteria. Raw materials are mostly sourced regionally or in Germany, as far as possible. Exotic meats such as ostrich and kangaroo come from Australia.
Cereals such as spelt, wheat and corn, as well as vegetables such as potatoes and parsnips come from farmers' associations in southern Germany. The rice is supplied by a cooperative association from southern Italy.
