When and how will returned goods be picked up from my premises?

Preferably, returned goods are always shipped by the customer. For this we send you a postage-free sticker, which makes the shipping free of charge for you. You can therefore decide for yourself when you take the goods to the post office.

How are credits handled?

The credit for returned goods will be sent as soon as possible after receipt of the goods in Föhren.

If there are any outstanding items in your customer account, a credit note will be offset against these items.

If no outstanding items are offset, the amount will be refunded as originally paid, unless otherwise requested.
