To delete your customer account, follow these instructions:

1. Log in to your customer account.
2. Click on the ‘To customer account’ button above the ‘My Vet-Concept’ selection item.
3. Select the ‘Delete customer account’ service.
4. A confirmation email will be sent to you. Please follow the instructions in the email.

Please note:
If you request the deletion of your data, we will take all measures to remove your data securely and in accordance with your wishes, unless we are legally obliged to retain certain data for a specified period of time. This may be required for reasons including accounting, tax law requirements or other legal obligations.

Please note that requests to delete your data will be processed differently depending on the type of data requested and the applicable legal provisions.
