Toy for dogs
A chew toy for dogs who appreciate corners and edges: Our chew roots impress with their compact texture and a varied surface that encourages chewing. This makes them a welcome alternative to meaty chews. As a precaution, each root is stored in a water bath for 1 year to dissolve tannins from the wood and to achieve the desired material strength. Like all natural products, chew roots can vary in size, shape and colour.
Safety Notice:
Pieces of the product of different sizes may break off or splinter during chewing. Such broken pieces should be removed by the pet owner. Due to the intensive chewing, the root becomes smaller over time. If it has reached a size that could easily be swallowed by the dog, we advise replacing the root with a new one.
Dogs naturally have very strong jaws, so toys and chewing articles of all kinds can be bitten despite all safety precautions. All pets should therefore be supervised when chewing.
If the dog has loose or sensitive teeth or tends to swallow large pieces, we advise against our chew roots.
