CAT LOW PROTEIN is a very tasty dietary product with a low but very easily
digestible protein content and minimal levels of phosphorus and sodium.
This helps counteract excessive levels of uric acid and the formation of stones
in the bladder. Due to the reduced total protein content and the carefully
selected composition, CAT LOW PROTEIN wet food is also suitable for feeding
to cats who are prone to cystine stones. Compared with other products, the
special food contains significantly higher levels of vitamin A and B12 and
helps counteract the increased loss of these vitamins that often occurs
during kidney disease. The increased content of omega-3 fatty acids can
help to reduce inflammatory processes and thus maintain the remaining
kidney function.
The CAT LOW PROTEIN dietary product has been specially developed for cats
with chronic kidney failure and can also be used for some liver problems.
