Scientific and clinical studies show: Increased protein content is not only beneficial for acceptance, but accelerates the breakdown of body fat and increases the saturation effect of the diet. The increased levels of L-carnitine in DOG LOW FAT stimulate energy production from fatty acids and as part of a weight loss diet can contribute to improved body composition with more muscle mass. Dietary fibres ensure increased saturation levels and promote intestinal health and a healthy body odour. Low levels of easily digestible carbohydrates allow the regulation of blood glucose levels.

 
DOG LOW FAT was developed with a deliberately reduced fat content, for dogs needing a special diet that has to be particularly tasty.

Period of feeding:
Until target body weight is achieved and after if required to maintain body weight. It is recommended that a veterinarian's opinion be sought before use. ATTENTION: the amount of food should be adjusted to the target weight; a transition period is recommended. For an efficient weight loss or ideal weight maintenance, the recommended daily energy intake should not be exceeded
